CCIP 08 - Cross Cultural Integration Programme

CCIP - also known as Cross Cultural Integration Programme, is one of the biggest events held in MMU every year. A programme which enlighten every student in MMU about the different cultures in Malaysia and even other countries.

And of course, Wushu club had been invited to perform a Wushu drama under the Chinese division, directed by Jay Chong, during the Cultural Night.

CCIP 是跨文化交际的简称，是MMU每年都会举办也是最大型的活动。这个活动是为了让MMU学生更了解马来西亚不同种族以及其他国家的文化。在这次的活动，我们武术学会被邀请为中华文化表演戏剧以及武术，戏剧指导者是武术学会的主席-Jay，武术编导者是胡老师。

Recall: Club Orientation Night

Can you still remember the Wushu 3 in 1 event? Ohyea, club orientation night was one of them and it was held during 10th of July 2008 (1st Trimester) at FIT Atrium. A simple event, but meaningful to all of the wushu club members. It was always a suitable time to foster good relationship among the members, new and existing alike, including the alumni who present during that night.

不知不觉一个学期将要过去了，突然想起了武术学会在七月十号在FIT底楼所举办的三合一活动-迎新之夜。虽然是一个简单短暂的夜晚，可是却是个非常有意义的一个活动。是一个让所有对武术有兴趣的人相聚在一起，培养关系的一个活动。

Taichi in Olympic Opening Ceremony !

08.08.08, a day which everyone has been waiting for so long. And finally the biggest sports event - Olympic has been held in Beijing this year. During 8pm of 08.08.08, the opening of Olympic this year has been officially launched. Surprisingly, China has introduced lots of chinese cultures through this Olympic Opening Ceremony and one of our favourite performances is Taichi performance can be watched!

二零零八年八月八号，一个众目期待的日子，一个四年只有一次的活动-奥运会在北京举行。二零零八年八月八号八点，开始了今年奥运会的开幕式。在这个开幕式，中国介绍了许多中华文化的表演，其中一个表演就是被称为华人的智慧结晶-太极表演。

To welcome all the new members and freshies of MMU, Cyberjaya Wushu Club will be organizing an Orientation Night, AGM and Committee Recruitment this coming Thursday ( 10 July ). The details of the event are shown below:

Venue: FIT Atrium (FIT Ground Floor)
Date: 10 July 2008
Time: 7.30pm
Attire: Wushu Attire or Sports Attire

Everyone is welcome to join this event. There will be a free trial Wushu Training and fun games that night so don’t forget to bring your friends along! If you are interested to join our club, you may register as a member on the spot. Refreshments and SAPS points will be given to all who attend this event.

We’ll be having a committee interview session too. So if you’re interested to be one of the committees in our club, here’s your chance to attend the committee interview session !!!

Have you ever wanted to learn Chinese martial arts but never had the chance?
Or do you just want to sweat it out in a fun way for a healthy body and mind?

Well now here's your chance, join us MMU Wushu Club Cyberjaya!

We offer both Shaolin & Tai Chi classes, suitable for anyone, guys & girls, young and old. Don't worry if you don't have any prior experience, we'll teach you from scratch!
