Greetings to all, Are you interested to learn self-defence to protect yourself? Are you fascinated by martial arts films by Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li and want to know more about it?

Have you ever wanted to learn Chinese martial arts but never had the chance?
Or do you just want to sweat it out in a fun way for a healthy body and mind?

Well now here's your chance, join us MMU Wushu Club Cyberjaya!

We offer both Shaolin & Tai Chi classes, suitable for anyone, guys & girls, young and old. Don't worry if you don't have any prior experience, we'll teach you from scratch!

Details of training sessions are as below:

Shaolin Training
Day: Every Tuesday
Time: 8.00pm to 10.30pm
Venue: FIT Atrium (FIT Ground Floor)
Attire: Wushu Club T-Shirt, Wushu pants, canvas shoes/ sports attire

Shaolin Self Training
Day: Every Thursday
Time: 8.30pm to 10.30pm
Venue: FIT Atrium
Attire: Wushu Club T-Shirt, Wushu pants, canvas shoes/ sports attire

Tai Chi Training
Day: Every Thursday
Time: 7.30pm to 10.00pm
Venue: FIT Atrium
Attire: Wushu Club T-Shirt, Wushu pants, canvas shoes/ sports attire

Tai Chi Self Training
Day: Every Tuesday
Time: 8.00pm to 9.30pm
Venue: FIT Atrium

Kung Fu Panda 功夫熊猫

Po (Jack Black) is a panda who is an apprentice noodle-maker and kung fu fanatic, but whose defining characteristic appears to be that he is the laziest animal in ancient China. Evil warrior Tai Lung (Ian McShane) has escaped from prison, and all hopes have been pinned on a prophecy naming Po as the "Chosen One" to save the day. He has a kung fu master, Shifu (Dustin Hoffman) who "has trained five of the greatest warriors that the world has ever known", to help him.

"Kung Fu Panda" is hitting theatres this week ( 5 June ) !!!

阿波(Jack Black) 是一只圆滚滚，笨手笨脚的熊猫，但是他也是天底下最热血的中国功夫迷，只可惜他每天得在老爸开的面馆帮忙打工。但是万万没想到，他竟然被选中，要靠他来实现一个古老预言，而且他的梦想终于成真，因为他可以和他的偶像武林的盖世五侠：仙鹤大师(David Cross),老虎大师(Angelina Jolie)、毒蛇大师(Lucy Liu)、螳螂大师(Seth Rogen)、以及猴子大师(Jackie Chan)，一起向他们的师傅功夫大师习武。最后，要将阿波调教成“功夫高手”的一代宗师“师父”（Dustin Hoffman）华丽丽地出场了。但是这时候却传来消息，一心一意想要报仇，天生狡猾的雪豹(Ian McShane)准备杀过来，而阿波必须保护每个人的生命。他到底能不能实现梦想，成为一个真正的武林高手呢？阿波义不容辞，接下这份任务，但是这个功夫菜鸟必须把他最大的弱点，转换成他最大的力量。
